During the production and storage of medicines, the humidity requirements in the air are very strict, and the relative humidity should generally be controlled between 45% and 65%. If it is wet and rainy, the amount of humidity will increase significantly, and a large amount of moisture will enter the workshop or warehouse of the pharmaceutical factory, and the increase of moisture will directly cause the processing of raw materials or medicines to become damp, which will seriously affect the quality and efficacy of the medicines. At the same time, humidity also has a great influence on the human body.If the human body is kept in a humid environment for a long time, it will affect the health and easily cause respiratory diseases.

In the pharmaceutical production process, if the humidity is not properly controlled, the capsules will become soft or dry; the powder will become lumpy or the pharmacy tablet will appear loose or sticky; the pill will become moldy and hairy, and other bacteria caused by high humidity, etc.  Excessive humidity not only destroys the quality and efficacy of the medicine, but also increases the humidity in the drying process, thereby reducing production efficiency.

Puresci has obtained a new generation of desiccant rotor PST, which ration of generation air volume and processing air volume is 1:4.The dehumidification performance is equivalent with 1:3 and the cost is reduced by 25%.

Puresci has applied for an invention patent for this technology.

The PST users 1:4 regeneration air volume and processing air volume for mechanical partition.the air duct in the regeneration zone is also different from the previous 1:3partition.due to the high concentration ration of 1:4, the water saturation in the regeneration air duct is high and it is easy to condense.into water droplets.puresci conducted comparative experiments,including the use of hydrophobic materials inside the air duct,angle inclination,water delivery funnels,overflow water pipers and other creative invention experiments.All of the designs mentioned above have been patented .
